Uprising has been released worldwide and we're here with volcanic volumes of content for you! This weekend sees the Road to Nationals event series kick off around the globe, and will see players will compete in Uprising Draft and Classic Constructed formats to secure their spot at their upcoming 2022 National Championships. Man Sant and friends are here with a new three part Classic Constructed gameplay series and the Flesh and Blood Game Development team is here to share their thoughts and Uprising Draft picks with you for the new video series, Pack 1, Pick 1: Uprising

We celebrate the life and times of Viserai, Bravo, Star of the Show and Chane, Bound by Shadow as they are now Living Legends and we check in with Head Judge Josh to get schooled up on all the new nuances and card interactions found in Uprising.

In addition to Road to Nationals, there are many exciting events on the horizon for fans to prepare for and explore the upcoming Uprising environment with, such as Battle Hardened events in Syracuse, Los Angeles, Toronto, Auckland and announced today, Portland. The Callings, Utrecht and Singapore and of course Pro Tour Lille!

Uprising

Uprising has released worldwide we have teamed up with some of the most brilliant minds in Flesh and Blood to bring you the hottest content on Rathe!

Over the weekend, players worldwide visited their Local Game Stores to get involved with Uprising Pre Releases, tearing into packs and building sealed decks at over 800 events. Catch the full recap below.

The July Armory kit has arrived and it's a firey one!

From July 1st, players will have the opportunity of earn a Cold Foil Searing Emberblade for winning their weekly Armory Event. Players in each Armory Event will also be rewarded for their FAB devotion with a Rainbow Foil Extended Art Rise Up for participating and supporting their local community.

The Volcai look to you in these darkest of days, as famine and unrest sweep across the land. With the heart of the phoenix, you must overcome adversity, and lead your people to rise up against this oppressive Dynasty. But heed thee, for the world out there is not as it seems. Treachery abound amongst both friends and foes, and many a sacrifice must be made on the path to victory.

History Pack 1: Black Label

History Pack 1 has launched in French, German, Italian, and Spanish today in Europe!

We're very excited about our first foray into new languages, and we hope that you enjoy the product. We've worked hard on designing a very special product for players and collectors alike, and while we know that we need to improve the quality of the translations, we hope that this helps the community in Europe to strengthen and grow. We also announced that there are some very special cold foil surprises we included in our first localized product as a thank you to the European fans, which are exclusive to this product release. Road to Nationals

Road to Nationals events are coming to a local game store near you this weekend! We've partnered with over 300 local game stores around the world to host events, giving you the chance to qualify for your National Championship. Featuring both Classic Constructed and Uprising Draft events, there are plenty of chances to get your start on the path to greatness.

Each Road to Nationals event offers four qualification spots, plus a range of Cold Foil and Rainbow Foil prizes. The season will run July 2-24, and events are open to all players, with the Top 4 claiming their invitation to their National Championship.

Prizes:

• 4 x National Championship Qualifications - awarded to the Top 4 of each event
• 1 x Iyslander, Stormbind Cold Foil Hero card - awarded to the winner of each event
• 8 x Random Drop Fai, Rising Rebellion or Dromai, Ash Artist Cold Foil Hero cards - awarded to the Top 8 of each event
• 24 x Rainbow Foil Extended Art promo cards - awarded to 9th-32nd place players at each event

With one of the Road to Nationals formats being Uprising Draft, the time has once again come to bring back a new series of Pack 1, Pick 1 for your viewing pleasure!

Get comfortable, chill and watch as our Devs take a deep dive into a pack of the hottest Flesh and Blood set to date, Uprising, trying to answer all the age-old questions: What do I first pick? Do I keep myself open or get locked in early and go after all the powerful class cards? What kind of signals am I sending and picking up on?

The Road to Nationals Gauntlet Gameplay Series has arrived!

This three part game series will feature three games and six different heroes selected and piloted by possibly the most devout Demonastery disciple, and visionary behind the fan favorite YouTube empire from Ethan "Man Sant" Van Sant, and friends.

In the first match of the Road to Nationals Gauntlet Gameplay Series, we see Ethan pursue the doomsday scenario as his and the Shadow Brute, Levia, Shadowborn Abomination's hunger to consume existence itself is on full display as they attempt to gorge on anything and everything, while the everpresent threat of being consumed by Shadow looms above. On the other side of the arena, we see Elliot call forth the Dragons of Legend from the annals of history, and unleash their wrath as he demonstrates his mastery of ash artistry while playing as one of Uprising's brand new heroes, the Draconic Illusionist, Dromai, Ash Artist.

Rules and Procedures

With Uprising now released worldwide, Rules and Policy manager Josh Scott addresses some key rules questions about Flesh and Blood's hottest set. Take a moment to ensure you're up to speed with some of Uprising's most frequently talked about card interactions in the Rules Reprise articles below.

Josh has also released the Procedure and Penalty Guide which discusses the 3 tiers of rules enforcement level (REL) and became the new standard of official organized play June 27th. As such, we are taking this opportunity to progress to the next phase of the judge program which involves certifying level 2 judges and taking the first step to aligning judge levels with the 4 tiers of organized play.

We encourage both players and judges to take the time to read through the new guidelines below so that they are aware of the expectations and consequences of infractions for future tournaments.

Pro Tour Lille

Registration for Pro Tour Lille, the Calling, Battle Hardened and side event packages are now open!

Pro Tour qualified players can register for the event from today. Registration is necessary, and must be completed by 11:59pm (PDT) August 4th, 2022 in order to ensure your place in the tournament.

The Pro Tour weekend also features a full slate of public events, including the Calling, Battle Hardened and three action packed days of side events. We've got a range of ticket packages available, so head on over to the tournamentcenter website and check out all the options. If you are planning on coming, please consider buying your tickets early; a number of recent events including Krakow, Sydney and New Jersey have sold out, and we want to avoid any disappointment for players who are travelling to take part in the events!

Asia-Pacific

The Battle Hardened series returns to New Zealand this month! Hosted by Card Merchant (with support from ADEPT Events), as part of the Cancer Society Games Fair at the iconic 'The Cloud' venue, players will have the chance to put their Classic Constructed skills to the test to compete for coveted PTIs, cash prizes and more.

Over the past 18 months, South East Asia has established itself as one of the most intense competitive Flesh and Blood environments in the world. The leaderboards consistently feature players from across the region at the top of the standings, and casual Sunday Skirmish events have featured Top 8s with over 8,000 XP between them. Singapore was the only country in the world to have their National Championships cancelled due to lockdowns, so we're very happy that the Calling will be coming to Singapore on August 20-21.

Europe and the UK

The Calling series returns to Europe with Calling Utrecht 22-24 July! We've partnered with the team at tournamentcenter to bring high-level competitive play back to Europe, this time featuring the Classic Constructed and Booster Draft formats. With a European Champions' Battle, a Calling and a Battle Hardened event, there' plenty of opportunity to test your mettle.

Between Calling and the Battle Hardened, there are a total of 16 Professional Tournament Invitations (PTIs) on offer, providing you your ticket to the largest and most exclusive tournaments in Flesh and Blood, including the upcoming Pro Tour Lille!

North America

The SCG Con series keeps on rolling and is coming to Syracuse July 8-10 for Uprising Sealed Deck Battle Hardened action.

Test your skills with FaB's hottest new set; Uprising in a Super Armory Uprising Sealed Deck event on the Friday get involved with Road to Nationals on Saturday and then battle it out on Sunday in the Battle Hardened for the chance to win awesome prizes, including not one, but two PTIs, Gold Cold Foils and more!

The Battle Hardened series comes to Canada for the first time at Anime North with Battle Hardened Toronto July 15-17! Across the three days of side events, the weekend will also feature both a Road to Nationals and a Battle Hardened tournament, which are free to Anime North ticketholders!

Join the fight in the City of Angels with Battle Hardened Los Angeles 16-17 July! Saturday will see the Battle Hardened, followed by a Road to Nationals event on Sunday! With Classic Constructed, Blitz Constructed, Sealed Deck, and Draft side events, there truly is something for everyone!

The Battle Hardened series is coming to Portland! From August 12th-14th, you can join the action for a 'Super' Armory event, leading into the main Battle Hardened tournament on Saturday, followed by a Skirmish event on Sunday. Featuring a mix of Classic Constructed and Uprising Sealed Deck, there's something for everyone!
