World Championship

The pinnacle of Flesh and Blood Organised Play finally comes into sight. Four years of competition have been building to this point.

50,000 Armory Events, 2,000 Skirmishes, 600 ProQuests, 500 Road to Nationals, 64 National Championships, 18 Callings and two Pro Tours. And now it all culminates this November in San Jose, as we welcome the elite from amongst the Flesh and Blood community to battle for the highest honour in the game, and the chance to become our first World Champion!

The inaugural Flesh and Blood World Championships will test players as never before. For the first time ever, we are hosting a tournament that will feature three different formats; Classic Constructed, Draft and Blitz. Across three days, players will have to demonstrate mastery across all of Flesh and Blood's premier formats in order to have a chance at the ultimate prize in Flesh and Blood.

Alongside this truly one-of-a-kind event, we will be hosting tournaments for all Flesh and Blood players, including a Classic Constructed Calling, a Blitz Battle Hardened, and three full days of side events. Cash prizes, Gold Cold Foil promos, PTIs and more will be on offer throughout this three day event.

Join us as we celebrate the Flesh and Blood community and competitive play, and crown the first Flesh and Blood World Champion!

ELIGIBILITY

The Flesh and Blood World Championship is an invitation-only event. All players need to pre-register for the event. Players can qualify for the World Championship in the following ways:

  • Ratings-based invitations will be issued based on standings as of Monday, September 26th at 11:59 pm PDT, directly following the end of the National Championships season, with the exception of German and Singaporean players, who will receive ratings-based invitations based on their standings as of Monday, October 3rd at 11:59 pm PDT*. World Championship Invitations will be offered to players ranked in the Top 50 on the Global Leaderboards for;
    • Lifetime XP
    • 90 Day XP
    • Constructed Elo
    • Limited Elo
  • Redeeming a PTI (Professional Tournament Invitation) obtained from a previous event, such as a National Championship or Calling.
    • Redeeming a PTI - PTIs can be redeemed via the World Championships registration site. If the player does not attend the World Championship, their PTI will still be deemed to have been used.
    • Gifting a PTI - A player may also gift a PTI to another player by emailing premier@fabtcg.com with your name and GEM player ID number, and the name and GEM ID number of the recipient. The player gifting the PTI must send this email from the same email address registered to their GEM player account. PTI gifting requests can be submitted up until Monday, October 10th at 11:59 pm PDT. Please note that a gifted PTI must be used by the recipient to play at the World Championship. If the recipient does not attend the World Championship, their PTI will cease to exist.

*German and Singaporean Nationals are running outside the main National Championships date range in order to access suitable venues for these events, which is why the ratings-based cutoffs for these players are different from the rest of the world.
