We are sorry to advise that Rosetta pre-release promo packs destined to our Canadian distribution partner Prince Distribution have encountered a delay. This may mean some stores in Canda do not receive their pre-release promo packs in time for Rosetta pre-release weekend.
This does NOT affect your Rosetta pre-release booster product. Please run your Rosetta pre-release events as planned. Everything players need is included in the booster displays. In the absence of the promo packs, players will need to help each other out by sharing the tokens around that they open from their pre-release booster packs (Just like the “good old days” before pre-release promo packs existed).
We ask that you do your best to give affected players their Rosetta pre-release promo pack the next time you see them in your store following the event.
