This pages outlines the different steps required to claim prize money won through the official Flesh and Blood Organised Play circuit. All prize payments earned during official Flesh and Blood tournaments will be processed via our payment partner, Payment Labs, unless specified otherwise by Legend Story Studios.
- Prize winners need to log on to the platform and create an account in order to claim their prize money.
- All winners who would receive prize money will be contacted by Payment Labs by email (support@paymentlabs.io) within 1-2 weeks of event completion.
- These emails are sometimes filtered incorrectly by mailboxes, and we would recommend to check spam/promotions folder. If the email did not get through, prize winners would need to contact Payment Labs directly for further assistance https://www.paymentlabs.io/contact/
- While product winnings will be paid out ON-SITE, prize money winnings will be paid out in 1-3 weeks after successful submission of payment details, depending on method of payment and country of residence.

Onboarding
Prize winners are responsible for providing the correct information required on the platform. Payment details and personal information provided on the platform need to be in line with the local regulations applicable to their country.
Once successfully logged onto the platform:
- For new user, the platform would request the payee's preferred information.
- Users already onboarded would still require to log in to reconfirm/update payment details.

Legend Story Studios will be covering the fees associated with this payment method.
- Prepaid Card (USA only)
Additional fees would apply at the expenses of the payee if this option is selected.
- Instant Transfer (USA only)
Additional fees would apply at the expenses of the payee if this option is selected.
Account Details
Prize winners can enter their preferred account details. Existing users have the option to review and update account details if needed.
Dashboard View
Once all steps have been completed the system will prompt back to the Dashboard overview. The payment is currently being processed. The payee would receive an email confirming the details along with the date the funds are expected to arrive at their active payout method. Prize money should process within 1-3 weeks after completion of the steps outlined above.
Travel Reimbursement (selected events only)
To be eligible for travel reimbursement, players must contact LSS at protour@fabtcg.com and provide receipts for their travel expenses. All prize winners who are eligible to receive travel reimbursement as part of their prize must claim it by the end of the year following the event.
ie: If an event took place in 2024, prize money must be claimed by the end of December 2025.
