Saturday will start off with a two-day Classic Constructed Calling, with an increased cash prize pool of $30,000 USD, Professional Tournament Invitations (PTIs), and Gold Foil prize cards, while Sunday will feature a Battle Hardened event (format TBC) with $2,000 USD, PTIs, a Gold Foil prize card, and more on the line!

In addition to the Calling and Battle Hardened events, there will be an exciting assortment of public events on offer, including Ultimate Pit Fight (multiplayer), Commoner, Sealed Deck, Booster Draft, and much more coming soon! For our fantastic community of cosplayers, the Cosplay Contest will return, with a Cold Foil Taylor promo card on the line for the winner.

And we'll be putting together a range of vendors, artists, special guests, limited edition merch, and more to make the event a truly fantastic occasion whether you're a top level competitor or just starting out on your journey into the world of Rathe!

All Pro Tour players must submit their Classic Constructed decklist by Thursday March 21st, 2024 at 11:59 pm PDT, Los Angeles local time.

ELIGIBILITY

The Pro Tour is an invitation only event. All players need to pre-register for the event. Players can qualify for Pro Tour: Los Angeles in the following ways:

• Obtaining an invitation to Pro Tour: Los Angeles through an in-store Pro Quest Season 4 event.
• Ratings-based invitations will be issued based on standings as of Tuesday, December 19th, 2023 at 11:59 pm PST, directly following the end of the 2023 Premier Organized Play season. Pro Tour: Los Angeles Invitations will be offered to players ranked in the Top 50 on the Global Leaderboards for:
  • 90-day XP
  • Lifetime XP
  • Constructed Elo
  • Limited Elo
  • Ratings-based invites do not pass down and are valid only for Pro Tour: Los Angeles.
• Redeeming a PTI (Professional Tournament Invitation) obtained from a previous event, such as a National Championship or Calling.
  • Redeeming a PTI - PTIs can be redeemed by emailing protour@fabtcg.com with your name and GEM player ID. The player redeeming their PTI must send this email from the same email address registered to their GEM player account. PTI redemptions can be submitted up until Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PDT. If the player does not attend the Pro Tour, their PTI will still be deemed to have been used.
  • Gifting a PTI - A player may also gift a PTI to another player by emailing protour@fabtcg.com with your name and GEM player ID number, and the name and GEM ID number of the recipient. The player gifting the PTI must send this email from the same email address registered to their GEM player account. PTI gifting requests can be submitted up until Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PDT. Please note that a gifted PTI must be used by the recipient to play at Pro Tour: Los Angeles. If the recipient does NOT attend Pro Tour: Los Angeles, the PTI will cease to exist.
• A full list of invited players has been published here. Pro Tour pre-registration for invited players will open in January 2024.

Prizes

Pro Tour: Los Angeles will feature $200,000 USD of cash prizes, PTIs for the Top 32 players, Gold Foil cards for the Top 8 players and a Pro Tour Champion prize card for the winner!

Calling: Los Angeles will take place using the Classic Constructed format, with $30,000 USD of cash prizes, Professional Tournament Invitations (PTIs), and Gold Foil prize cards!

This event is the perfect opportunity for players without a Pro Tour invitation to experience the Classic Constructed metagame at a professional level, as well as giving players who didn't make Day 2 of the Pro Tour a chance to go again.

The Calling is an open-entry tournament - no invitation required, everyone is welcome to play!

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

ALL decklists must be submitted prior to the start of Day 1. Spaces in Calling: Los Angeles will be reserved for players to purchase who do not make the Day 2 cut for the Pro Tour.

SWISS ROUNDS

• Swiss rounds are best-of-one.
• Swiss rounds are 50 + 5 minutes in duration. (50 + 5 means there are 5 minutes allocated for the start of game procedure. Players must have presented their deck and revealed their equipment and weapons within this 5 minute window. If both players complete the start of game procedure in less than 5 minutes, they may begin playing their match immediately.)
• The number of rounds of Swiss is determined by the number of players at the beginning of round 1.

TOP 8

• Top 8 playoffs are single elimination, best-of-one matches.
• Top 8 matches have no time limit. Players are expected to play at a reasonable pace and Slow Play penalties will be enforced.
• For each Top 8 match, the player that finished higher in the Swiss portion of the event chooses to play first or second.

DECKS

• Decks must be Classic Constructed legal as defined by the Card Legality Policy.
• Deck registration must be done PRIOR to the start of the event
• Players may not change their registered deck during the tournament.
• Deck checks will be conducted by event staff throughout the tournament.
• It is the responsibility of each player to ensure there are no distinguishing marks or patterns on their cards or card sleeves for the duration of the tournament. Vendors will be onsite to purchase sleeves if required.

PRIZES

The path to the biggest stage in Flesh and Blood TCG Organized Play begins with a Professional Tournament Invitation (PTI), and one of the best places to secure these prized assets is Battle Hardened with PTIs awarded to both finalists! PTIs can be used to enter any Professional level tournament, including Pro Tours and the World Championship, and do not expire, compared to invitations from Pro Quest events that are only valid for the associated Pro Tour event they feed.
