Welcome back! One more week to go before Pro Quest wraps up, and the world of Flesh and Blood changes forever. Calling: Melbourne also raises the stakes this weekend with another 100 points thrown into the mix. With Iyslander having broken the 900-point barrier this weekend, it's very possible we could see her last frosty shindig in Melbourne!
We hope you're all hyped to the max for World Championship: Barcelona, which is only a few weeks away! The stage has been set for this to be the biggest, boldest, and brightest Flesh and Blood tournament in history, so get those bags packed for a trip you'll never forget.
For now, let's dive into some highlights from the second week of Pro Quest...
Board In The City - United Kingdom
"There was an amazing caliber of players amongst the 24 attendees, including both the current and previous UK National Champions, along with other very strong UK players with multiple event wins between them. The event kicked off with three rounds of draft before lunch (another chilli laid on by BITC). After lunch another three rounds of draft saw the Top 8 finalized. The final was Peter vs Sean, with Peter narrowly winning. Thank you to everyone who played and made the day fun, especially those who travelled long distances. On a side note, this was an extra special day as it was one of the local players' wedding day and several of the attendees arrived "suited and booted" so that they could go straight to the reception afterwards. A massive congratulations to the bride and groom, Joe Whetter and his wife Poppy."
1st: Peter Ward - Teklovossen
2nd: Sean Knowelden - Dash, Database
Draagoons Hobby Shop - Indonesia
"What an amazing event! Every player was very excited to test their draft skills with Bright Lights. They tried to pick the best cards and build the best decks, and in the end Handy Wijaya won the final match against Natanael Avellino. Congratulations Handy! Maxx Nitro drove him to victory and earned him the Pro Tour: Los Angeles invitation!"

"Our event had 29 people. The players took it so seriously that some of them even had leg cramps, but overall everyone was in a cheerful mood. Everything went very smoothly with help from the players, and Marshal Meador won after nearly an hour of semi-finals. Opening the gold foil was a great moment!"

"17 of Western Australia's finest came out for a Bright Lights Draft Pro Quest at Northern Boards. The Top 8 included Pro Quest winners from previous seasons: Adam Parker and Liam Bennett of We Make Best. But it was Ethan Dominy with a fast start on Maxx Nitro, beating out Liam on his beloved Dash, Database in the final - making it back to back Pro Quest wins for Ethan this season. A Gold Foil Raydn, Duskbane was pulled from the coveted black envelope, and a fabled Master Cog along with a legendary Teklo Foundry Heart were opened during the pods.
