Today, we take a quick look at the Top 8 players and their heroes played across both the FAB-Fest 2022 in the UK and The Calling Indianapolis weekend in the United States.
FAB-Fest 2022 was a two day event held in Leeds, England brought to you by Living Realms which featured the World Premiere of the Blitz Skirmish Season 4 on the Saturday and the Blitz Battle Hardened on the Sunday. The Calling Indianapolis weekend hosted by Star City Games went down at the SCG Con series and featured both the Classic Constructed Battle Hardened and The Calling Main Event.
The Calling Indianapolis
Prism, Sculptor of Arc Light and Bravo, Star of the Show were the two heroes to watch at The Calling Indy and much like the recently concluded ProQuest season, both heroes performed, as predicted, phenomenally.
Day one of The Calling saw many of Flesh and Blood's biggest names compete for the title of champion including Tyler Horspool, Tariq Patel, Rob Cygul, Zach Bunn, Daylon Mack, Michael Feng, Nam Vo, Michael Hamilton, Sebastiano Cavallo, Brendan Patrick and more!
After nine rounds of Classic Constructed action on day one, day two started with three more cut-throat rounds before 455 players became 8 and we got down to the elimination matches.
World number one ranked player, Matt Rogers takes on Chris Iaali in a "win and in" for top 8 match in Round 12.
Two time Calling top 8 competitor Brendan Patrick of Arsenal Pass takes on David Rood in the last round of swiss for a shot at the top 8!
Top 8 competitor Sam Dando represented Briar, Warden of Thorns in style.
