Bravo, Star of the Show is the deck to beat based on an impressive ProQuest season 1 performance, and recent victory at the Calling Indianapolis that featured 4 different heroes in the top 8. "Starvo" as he has become known, is currently sitting at 814 points on the Living Legend Leaderboard, well on his way to the 1000 point threshold that will make him a Living Legend and no longer legal for Classic Constructed tournament play upon the date of the next scheduled banned and restricted announcement or booster set release date.
We are in the midst of an extensive international tournament schedule, with the following Classic Constructed events taking place over the coming weeks:

It is our intent for the competitive season through to the end of April to be played out with no changes to the banned and restricted list, and for Pro Tour New Jersey to be the first major event to tackle a new metagame. As such we are making no changes to Classic Constructed at this time.
The next banned and restricted announcement is scheduled for May 2, at which point it is possible that Bravo, Star of the Show will have achieved Living Legend status. It is also possible that he will not, and that he is part of the metagame heading into Pro Tour New Jersey. Based on the results of the upcoming competitive events, and considering more than just the Living Legend status of Bravo, we will make changes to the banned and restricted list at that time if deemed necessary.
This approach is intended to put the challenge of exploring a revised metagame in the hands of the elite group of players taking part at the Pro Tour.

Skirmish season 4 is currently two weeks into a four week season, with results so far demonstrating a good spread of success across varying heroes and classes.
