Calling and Battle Hardened Singapore + BH Baltimore - Snap Shot

Jason Zhang of Thailand has taken out the Calling Singapore! After two years of Covid lockdowns prevented may of Asia's best from contesting Flesh and Blood at the highest level, today they showed what many had suspected (and what the XP leaderboards have certainly shown); that Asia is going to be a formidable force on the FAB OP circuit now that international travel is open again.

Calling Singapore - James' Address

The meta game for the tournament was wide open, with ten different heroes represented amongst the top 16 players after Day 1. It would have taken a brave soul, however, to predict that Dash would be the one to take out the first tournament to follow the Stubby Hammerers suspension. Check out the decklists below;

Over in the Battle Hardened, Chanon Puttaree went undefeated through the day to take the 196 person tournament with his Iyslander deck, beating out Keith Yong on Oldhim in the final. Check out the decklists below;

Day 1 of the Calling Singapore saw 261 players entered into the main event, with players travelling from across the region to compete in Singapore's first ever Calling event; Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, USA, New Zealand and Australia were amongst the countries represented on the first day, alongside a big contingent of local Singaporean players.
