"When Rolling Dice decided on Living Legend format for Skirmish Season 11 event, we set the task of familiarising our local players with the format as our next challenge.

Although three to four local players already enjoyed playing Living Legend, we still needed more players to host a Skirmish as Living Legend rather than Blitz. Rolling Dice has therefore been hosting weekly Living Legend events since February to encourage existing Classic Constructed players to participate in the format.

Finally, on March 23, the gameday arrived. Fortunately, contrary to concerns, a total of 12 players attended the Skirmish, allowing the Living Legend event to proceed.

What was particularly encouraging was that they brought in heroes that are often used in Classic Constructed, such as Aurora and Zen, as well as heroes that can be played in Living Legend, such as Chane, Briar, and Oldhim. It seemed that the appeal of Living Legend, which has more diverse cards and heroes than Classic Constructed, was well conveyed to the players.

The final match was a face-off between Briar and Oldhim. The Briar player had already faced Oldhim in the Swiss round and experienced a defeat in which he could not reduce Oldhim's life count to zero with Count Your Blessings and ran out of his deck first.

Therefore, the Briar player used Duskblade instead of Rosetta Thorn to fight Oldhim. This strategy was quite effective, and they succeeded in reducing Oldhim's life to 4. However, due to a few hand troubles and interference from Ice cards, Duskblade's counters disappeared, and Oldhim, who soon found the two remaining CYBs and regained the tempo, won the final victory.

This exciting scene in the final round clearly demonstrated the fun of the Living Legend format and made me feel rewarded for organizing this Skirmish event as a Living Legend. I hope that this will be an opportunity for many players to experience Living Legend little by little and try the various fun ways to play Flesh and Blood."

"The Flesh and Blood community in the south gathered at Neutral Grounds Alabang Town Center for an electrifying Skirmish tournament, featuring 24 skilled players. The competition was fierce, but in the end Michael Joseph Villano emerged victorious, taking home back-to-back Skirmish titles in the south.

The tournament's climax was a nail-biting finale between two Zen decks, despite the recent banning of Traverse the Universe, with Michael Joseph Villano besting Ralph Gomeri.

A huge thanks to all the players that participated!"
