"Flesh and Blood has only been in Korea for a year, but the community is growing at an incredible pace. This was evident at Jungmoo’s TCG (정무샵) in Icheon, where 17 players gathered for our Road to Nationals event—far surpassing our expectations. Seeing so many players come together to compete, learn, and share their passion for the game was a testament to the rapid growth and enthusiasm surrounding Flesh and Blood in Korea.

The tournament saw a diverse field of heroes, highlighting the evolving meta. Among the competitors, we had 3 Cindra, 2 Jarl, 2 Viserai, 2 Azalea, and 1 Enigma, Nuu, Oscilio, Fai, Kassai, Zen, and Prism. It was an exciting mix of aggressive, midrange, and control strategies, demonstrating the depth of competitive play developing in our region.

After five rounds of Swiss and a cut to Top 8, the final bracket featured 3 Cindra, 2 Viserai, 1 Azalea, Nuu, and Enigma. It was a well-fought elimination stage, showcasing a mix of powerful strategies and strong gameplay. In the end, it was Andy Kim, piloting Viserai, who secured victory. While the final match was a spectacle, the real highlight was the incredible energy and camaraderie throughout the event. Players supported each other, shared insights, and contributed to the ever-growing Korean Flesh and Blood scene.

Congratulations to Andy Kim for securing his Nationals invite, and a huge thank you to all participants and Jungmoo’s TCG for hosting an unforgettable event. The Road to Nationals continues—see you at the next battlefield!"

"As the 54 players registered and began to set up their decks, the judges took note of the wild meta that had emerged. Fang, Prism, and Kayo were the clear frontrunners, with each hero boasting an impressive number of decks. The diversity of the meta was a testament to the ever-evolving nature of the game, and the players were eager to see how the day would unfold.

At the end of swiss, Justin Cu, the reigning, defending, undisputed National Champion, was on a mission to claim his fifth Road to Nationals win of the season. His trusty Viserai had been tweaked to perfection, and he was confident in his ability to take down the competition. He ended swiss 6-0, followed by Mike Villano with a 5-1 record.

Top 8 featured diverse decks, as different heroes entered the top cut. The finals was a rematch of the final round of Swiss, with Justin Cu piloting Viserai prevailing against Michael Joseph Villano piloting Cindra.

As the day drew to a close, Justin Cu emerged victorious. It was his fifth Road to Nationals win of the season, a testament to his skill and dedication."

"This was the largest Flesh and Blood event held at our store's new location, with as many as 37 entrants even from outside the region. The tournament started very punctually and with the nice surprise of pastries brought by a player who had a birthday that very day! Outstanding performance by Leonardo Nunziati, head judge grappling with his first major official event, assisted by Antonio Briola, another pillar of our local community. The tournament was a pleasant mix of new players and hardcore players (with former Italian champions as well)."
