World Tour – What’s On in December

The Flesh and Blood World Tour is the best TCG organized play circuit on the market! With $1,500,000 up for grabs in hundreds of events across the globe in 2025 and $2,000,000 in 2026, we urge players to travel the world, make new friends, and play great games for huge cash prizes! Scott Mines breaks down what happened in November, and what’s coming up in December…

As I begin penning the first draft of this article, I am sprawled across a particularly uncomfortable bench in Philadelphia International Airport. My hot chocolate is cold and terribly American, but the smash burger was strong enough to leave only the wrapper. I’m making a quick pit stop back home in the United Kingdom on my way to Valencia, Spain for another jumbling of words in the booth of a Calling.

What a wonderous World Tour we find ourselves with, eh?

It’s hard not to be overwhelmed with emotion in the wake of all the happenings. We’ve got a shiny new World Champion, the foundations of a new format, and a fistful of upcoming products to start vibrating about. Stories have come to an end. New beginnings have started to blossom. We’ve even got a tidy little bookend to enjoy at the end of the year. There’s not a whole lot more I could ask for from my card game.

If you’ve been living under a Rok or simply want to play a part in the final chapter of 2025, the World Tour has something for you to enjoy this December. There’s still a chunk of that $1,500,000 prize pool left to play for – so let me tell you where to go to get your hands on some of it!

What happened in November?

Should we start with the $300,000 elephant in the room?

Flesh and Blood has just celebrated its fourth World Championship by inducting Michael Jaszczur into a very exclusive club. The Canadian had to fell three other countrymen and several titans of the game in order to claim the crown across both Classic Constructed and Living Legend. Cindra, Dracai of Retribution and a combo-centric build of Dash I/O would be the weapons of choice for Jaszczur as he etched his name in the history books, becoming just the fourth person to stand tall at the end of it all.

If you haven’t rewatched the broadcast already, I’d highly encourage you to check it out. It was an event for the ages that you deserve to enjoy. Grab some snacks and pull up a chair.

In the runup to the World Championship, it was also Cindra’s story to write. David Calf and David Wadley would both slay their respective Battle Hardened events in Edinburgh and Rochester by spinning some daggers and seeing what sliced. Will the Draconic Ninja continue to look sharp as we open the Compendium of Rathe? Only time will tell, but I’ll certainly be watching.

In the wake of the World Championship, it’s been a slightly different story so far. Chris Iaali would manage to topple the Battle Hardened in Vegas with Kassai of the Golden Sand: a hero I fear didn’t get the respect it deserved at the biggest event of the year. Will sword swings best the daggers again on the sunny shores of Valencia?

I’ll let you know after I get there. Promise.

World Tour Leaderboard

As the final cards fell in the hallowed halls of Philadelphia, the inaugural Player of the Year race also came to a close. $100,000 of cold hard cash has now been claimed by the nine players who were able to prove themselves as the most consistent, resilient and dedicated grinders in their region: $25,000 to the overall champion, $15,000 to the winner of each other region, $10,000 for each silver medal, and a cool $5,000 for each bronze.

But which names managed to secure those dollars when the curtain closed?

Wunderkind Brodie Spurlock managed to survive the challenge. Until the dying hours, Jacob Clements fought tooth and nail to contest the overwhelming lead of the American superstar, pulling the race down to almost single digits. In the end, Spurlock managed to perform just slightly better than Clements throughout the World Championship, securing $25,000 and leaving Jacob to settle for being the champion of Europe.

Justin Cu would be the final champion crowned in the 2025 race, usurping Pudding Tam and Shirui Wu with another commanding showing at the World Championship. In the silver medal race, Michael Feng would edge out Michael Hamilton in the Americas, while Tommaso Viscido would fend off Arthur Trehet over in Europe.

One final congratulations to all our winners! Thank you to everyone who joined us on the World Tour in 2025 – I cannot wait to see what 2026 has in store!

Events in December

If you’d like to play a part in the final chapter of this year’s World Tour, there’s both local level and global events to look forward to as we make our way into the holidays. Skirmish Season 13 is running through to December 14 as we wave a competitive farewell to the Blitz format. Make sure to visit your local game store and jam against the best in your area for some snazzy Cold Foils. I need that Bravo, Flattering Showman for Silver Age!

Globetrotters get to enjoy three Battle Hardened and two Callings to send out the year across many of the most jawdropping locations on earth. I’ll say it again: what a World Tour we have, eh?

Calling: Seattle

The Emerald City serves as a beautiful backdrop to one of the final Callings of the year, offering another shot at $20,000 of prize money, PTIs, and a Marvel Gold Foil Quickdodge Flexors for our US compatriots. Classic Constructed appears to be somewhat solved after the World Championship, but will the folks in Seattle agree between December 12-14?

The northmost major city of the United States is a cultural hot pot. Pika Place Market requires a two-hour guided tour to find the best places to chow down, and a sunset over Puget Sound is a beautiful sight. You can even hit the original Starbucks store if you’re a coffee connoisseur!

This is also one of the first opportunities to play Silver Age at a competitive level in the Sunday Battle Hardened!

Calling: Hong Kong

On the other side of the world, Hong Kong hosts another Classic Constructed Calling for the APAC community and those brave enough to attempt to take $20,000 from them. A pair of PTIs and a selection of Gold Foils will grace the Top 8 at the end of the event, but those Quickdodge Flexors only await our winner.

I’ve never had the pleasure of visiting Hong Kong, but I’m told it’s a shopper’s paradise. The financial powerhouse is a dazzling metropolis of luxury malls and bright lights infused with the cultural splash of street markets and tradition. With the holidays in full effect by December 19-21, there’s no better time to find yourself in a shopping capital. Victoria Peak has long been on my list of must-hit selfie locations. Tick that off for me if you can?

This is also one of the first opportunities to play Silver Age at a competitive level in the Sunday Battle Hardened!

Battle Hardened: Singapore

I’d love to be at a Battle Hardened on my birthday, but alas, it’s on the other side of the world.

The World Tour returns to the home of our 7th Pro Tour for another Classic Constructed clash of the ages. This event offers $2,000, stunning Gold Foils, exclusive playmats, and a pair of PTIs for those successful in testing their strength against the best players in the region. Not a bad way to spend a weekend on December 5-7.

Singapore is still as renowned for its incredible skylines, enthralling festivals and sprawling beaches as it was back in July. If you missed a chance to see the sights back then, consider hopping back for a weekend?

Battle Hardened: Seoul

A unique blend of ancient history and futuristic tendency, Seoul is a bucket list location for many a soul. Historic palaces and temples adorn the global epicenter of K-Pop to cultivate a vibrant city with bustling streets and a vibrant food scene. Korean Street Food absolutely rocks and you’re missing out if you don’t dip in.

I can’t think of many sweeter spots to compete in Classic Constructed for $2,000 and a pair of PTIs. Book a ticket ahead of time and join the party from December 12-14.

Battle Hardened: Vienna

Austria closes the page in Europe between December 12-14. The City of Music is one of the world’s most embedded pieces of coffee house culture and previously played host to classical composers such as Mozart and Beethoven. Vienna has also been dubbed “The City of Dreams” by father of psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud: an apt name for a place where a dream will come true.

If you think of Gold Foils and PTIs in your sleep, make sure to head out to the final Classic Constructed dance for the region. That $2,000 goes a long way towards some snazzy Swarovski Crystal.

Skirmish Season 13

Skirmish Season offers a final bloody brawl with the Blitz format before it is retired from seasonal organized play. Skirmish events are more casual affairs, acting as the perfect way to introduce newer players to the biggest names in their local scene for great games and better prizes.

This season, we’ll be battling it out for Charm themed playmats, Marvel Bravo, Flattering Showman, Cold Foil copies of Everbloom // Life and Consign to Cosmos // Shock, as well as Rainbow Foil copies of Herald of Sekem. As a notorious Verdance enjoyer, I’ll be hunting down those Everblooms for sure.

Find an event near you by checking out the Event Locator and hop in for a seasonal sendoff! I’ll be playing some Shiyana, Diamond Gemini. How about you?
