GEM update v2.1 introduces a few features to assist LGS and TOs in running their tournaments.
Event Sharing
Players can now join your event by searching your event code (which is automatically created for each tournament). The player must login to their Flesh and Blood account to join the event. The process is shown below:

Players can also join your event immediately (if they are logged in to their Flesh and Blood account) by clicking on the sharing link for your event. You can obtain your sharing link by clicking on the sharing code:

Once a players joins your event, you must approve their request to join before they are added to your tournament:

Match Result Reporting
Once a round has started, players can report on the results of their match (win, loss, draw, and whether they wish to drop from the tournament) directly from their user profile:

You will be able to accept / reject the results from your GEM interface:

(Black text indicates that all is well and the report can be accepted. Blue text indicates that results are missing. Red text indicates a mis-match between results reported by the two players and thus manual resolution is required.)
This system is intended to assist and supplement method of reporting via. drop-down selection. The individual in charge of the tournament can over-ride reported results and will be in charge of ensuring the final results are correct.
All accepted / rejected reports can be seen within the "Report History":

Private Tournaments
LGS and TOs may now create private tournaments. Private tournaments will not be shown on the public event listing, but can be searched and joined using the event search functionality.
Play Anywhere (for players)
Players can now access a limited version of GEM and run their own "Play Anywhere" tournaments. Details here.
